Este editorial explica de dónde sale: de un editor académico que ya hacía lo caro de una revista sin saberlo, y de un sitio con dominio, lectores y un editor coordinador con credenciales comprobables al que le faltaba el anillo exterior de la publicación científica. This editorial explains where it comes from: an academic editor that already did the expensive part of a journal without knowing it, and a site with a domain, readers and a coordinating editor with verifiable credentials that lacked the outer ring of scholarly publishing.
